All items are made to order if not stated ready to ship. Items are handmade in the order they were received. Please allow 2 to 5 days production time for each order before shipment. Production time can vary depending on the volume of orders and so your order may be completed sooner. At the moment, Francesca is a one woman team doing everything from designing, sewing, to the wrapping of each order. We truly appreciate your support for an independent fashion brand.

**All items can be customized in your size but if you're sure of your size, please feel free to get the standard sizes.

PAYMENT

For Subscription Boxes, please settle only through Paypal

Philippine Residents: We accept Paypal, Credit Card, debit payments through BPI and Unionbank, and e-wallets, Gcash and Paymaya. 

For offline payments, instructions will be sent after checkout. Your order will be reserved for you for 2 business days. As soon as your payment is made, send a copy of the deposit slip/fund transfer photo to order@sefra.shop and we’ll process your order right away! 

Reservation is valid for 2 business days from placement of order. Please settle your payment within this period to avoid automatic cancellation of your reservation.

*Note that Production starts only after payment.

International Shipping: We accept Paypal, and Credit Card payments via Xendit portal

DELIVERY
We ship worldwide.

Additional fees and custom taxes regarding delivery and shipments in your respective countries will not be taken care of by SEFRA. Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays and lost parcels.

If you want a faster shipping time, contact us and we can make a separate paypal invoice for you.

RETURNS
All SEFRA items are made to order and so we will not be accepting refunds or exchanges under any circumstances due to sanitary reasons. On occasions that you receive a faulty product (ripped seam, holes, tears), please contact us WITHIN 3 DAYS, or your order will no longer be considered for a replacement.

We cannot offer exchanges if you purchased the incorrect size or simply changed your mind.  Please refer to our size chart. If you are in-between sizes, we recommend choosing the next size up. You can also specify your measurements in the checkout page.

Please also refer to our care instructions section, if items aren't cared for properly and are damaged as a result, we cannot be held responsible.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To extend the life of each handmade item, please hand wash only with mild soap and lay flat to dry.
 
PRIVACY POLICY
All the information you share with us will be kept private. User information will only be used for order verification, improvement of site and user experience, promotions, and periodic emails.
